The staff were excellent, unbeatable and amazing location very close to the fort. The room was big here with fort view. We loved to be here for a trip and would love to come back.

The spa services were exceptional, and we indulged in one of the best massages we had in Rajasthan. The restaurant offered a delectable buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes that left us spoilt for choice. The flavors were a true representation of the local cuisine, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. the Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa provided an oasis of luxury, combining a peaceful ambiance, superb customer service, and excellent facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.

We were pleased to find reasonably large and beautiful rooms at this brand-new hotel. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and magnificent - not too far away from a shopping mall. Loved that it was set short walk to the desert and the city center and Jaisalmer...

A twin room we stayed at was amazing with all amenities. The stuff was reasonably good and absolutely courteous, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from Jaisalmer Fort.

During my stay at the resort, I had an exceptional experience. The staff, including the concierge Bharat Bhushan and chef Pratap Singh, provided excellent service. The servers, such as Mahung and Sachin, along with others, were incredibly helpful. The warm and enthusiastic staff made me feel welcomed. The ambience of the resort was excellent, and the cleanliness was superb. The breakfast offered was lavish, and the whole team, including Jagrati, Manasi, and Ketan, ensured that my stay was memorable. They greeted me in a traditional royal style and constantly checked on my comfort. The cultural event featuring Rajasthani dance was a highlight, and the artists were down to earth. The location of the resort was perfect for visiting Jaisalmer town, and it also provided easy access to the dunes, making it a better choice compared to the so-called resorts near the dunes. The hotel organized car rentals and activities with third-party providers. The staff efficiently managed the crowd and handled the chaotic breakfast crowd professionally. Special compliments to Ms. Indrani, the hostess, for her excellent job.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped, perfect for my family. We had a breathtaking view of the fort, which added to the charm of our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the well-maintained basic amenities to the prompt room service. Lastly, the breakfast served was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, Jaisalmer Fort was not too far away from the property. It was located in a nice area close to the airport and restaurant or spa, a nice base for me.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in a prime location with excellent complementary treats such as hot cocoa and warm cookies for the guests. The hotel's proximity to the major tourist attractions made it easy to explore the city. The rooftop pool was a nice addition, providing stunning city views.

The service was slow, and the staff could have been more attentive. The restaurant's food and drinks were overpriced and not as impressive as we expected.

The location was also perfect - close to all the major attractions but still quiet enough to get a good night's rest. The only thing we didn't like was the local market where we were taken by our taxi driver. The place was full of crooks who cheated us by selling fake products.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury in the middle of the desert. The exclusive amenities provided by the venue exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff catering to my every need. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were both exceptional and allowed me to relax and unwind. In addition, the treatment room was impressive and provided me with a soothing body scrub that left my skin feeling refreshed. Entertainment at the hotel was also top-notch, with live shows and music that mesmerized me throughout my stay.

The only issue I faced during my stay was the lack of waxing services. However, this was a minor inconvenience, especially considering all the other luxurious facilities provided by the hotel.
